I don’t know about you, but I find it nearly impossible to eat all of my servings of fruits and vegetables in one day. That’s one of the main reasons I decided to start juicing.
What exactly is juicing? Juicing is a method of separating the juices of fruits and vegetables from the pulp and fiber. This is accomplished by using a juicer.

So now you know a little bit about juicing, but you probably don’t know all the wonderful health benefits you receive from juicing. Here are the top 12 health benefits of juicing.
